1. Advanced Stamping Technologies:
Progressive Die Stamping: Our primary expertise. We design and build complex, multi-station progressive dies that perform a series of operations—blanking, piercing, bending, coining, and drawing—in a single, continuous feed. This allows for unparalleled efficiency and consistency in high-volume production runs, often achieving production rates of thousands of parts per hour.
Deep Draw Stamping: We possess specialized presses and tooling for deep draw processes, which form sheet metal into complex, seamless components with significant depth-to-diameter ratios. This is ideal for enclosures, cans, and housings that require exceptional strength and integrity.
Multi-Slide Stamping: For highly complex parts that require bends and forms in multiple planes, our multi-slide machines offer unique capabilities. With four separate slides working independently, we can create intricate components that are impossible to produce with conventional presses.
Fineblanking® (Precision Blanking): When parts demand a fully sheared edge with a clean, burnished surface of 100% material thickness, we utilize fineblanking technology. This cold extrusion process eliminates die break and secondary finishing operations for components requiring superior edge quality and flatness.
